At Inspiritech, we are committed to ensuring that your bulk orders are delivered efficiently and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of products purchased from our company, primarily focusing on ocean freight, with additional options for air freight and express shipping when necessary.
Shipping Methods:
• Ocean Freight: The primary method for bulk shipments. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping schedules.
• Air Freight: Available for urgent shipments or smaller quantities. Delivery times are faster but at a higher cost.
• Express Shipping: For specific urgent orders, express shipping options are available through international couriers. Delivery times typically range from 3-15 business days.
Shipping Terms (Incoterms):
• FOB (Free on Board): The seller delivers the goods to the port of shipment. The buyer assumes responsibility once the goods are on board the vessel.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): The seller covers the cost, insurance, and freight to the port of destination. The buyer assumes responsibility once the goods arrive at the destination port.
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the buyer’s premises, including payment of all duties and taxes. Note that DDP may not be feasible in all countries due to local regulations.
• EXW (Ex Works): The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs and assumes all risks once the goods are made available at the seller’s premises.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): The seller is responsible for delivering the goods to the agreed destination. The buyer is responsible for import duties and taxes.
Choosing the Right Incoterm:
• The choice of Incoterm depends on the buyer’s location and preferences, as well as local regulations. In some countries, certain Incoterms like DDP may not be possible due to import restrictions or requirements.
• Our sales team will work with you to select the most appropriate Incoterm based on your needs and local regulations.
Order Processing:
• Processing Time: Order processing and delivery times are determined based on the order volume and specific production requirements of the customer.
• Order Confirmation: Once your order details are confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with shipping details.
Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected Incoterm, the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. Detailed shipping costs will be provided at the time of order confirmation.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, and fees that may apply, depending on the chosen Incoterm.
Shipping Documentation:
• We provide all necessary shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin if required.
• For shipments under CIF or DDP terms, we also provide insurance certificates.
International Shipping Considerations:
• Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with their orders, unless otherwise specified in the Incoterm.
• Import Restrictions: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with local import regulations. We will assist in providing necessary documentation and support to facilitate customs clearance.
• Regulatory Compliance: Our products comply with international standards and regulations. If specific certifications or compliance documents are required, please inform us in advance.
Tracking Your Shipment:
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or shipping reference via email. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.
• For ocean freight, we provide regular updates on the shipment status and estimated arrival times.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
• Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment or provide a replacement if necessary.
• Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact our customer service team immediately. Provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Returns and Refunds:
• Returns and refunds for international bulk shipments are complex and handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on how to request a return or refund.
