Introduction:
At Inspiritech, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products and services. However, we understand that there may be instances where returns or refunds are necessary. Given the nature of B2B transactions and international trade, we have established a detailed policy to address such situations.
Eligibility for Return:
•  Damaged or Defective Products: If the products you receive are damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please provide detailed information and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
•  Incorrect Shipments: If you receive incorrect products, notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange.
•  Non-returnable Items: Customized products, special orders, and items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
Return Process:
1.   Notification: Contact our customer service team to report any issues with your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
2.   Evaluation: Our team will evaluate your claim and may request additional information or evidence. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.
3.   Return Authorization: If a return is authorized, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
4.   Shipping Instructions: Follow the provided instructions to return the products. Note that you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, including any customs duties, taxes, and fees.
5.   Inspection: Once we receive the returned products, they will be inspected to verify the claimed damage or defect. We will notify you of the inspection results and the final decision.
Responsibility and Costs:
•  Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returns, including customs duties, taxes, and fees. In cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective products), we may cover or reimburse the shipping costs at our discretion.
•  Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returns that are not due to damage or defect. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
•  Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days of receiving and inspecting the returned products. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
International Returns:
•  Customs and Duties: For international returns, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with the return shipment.
•  Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately to avoid delays in customs clearance.
Limitations and Exclusions:
•  Warranty Claims: This return policy does not cover warranty claims. Warranty claims are handled separately as per the warranty policy.
•  Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failures in return processing due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute regarding a return or refund, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to arbitration or legal action in accordance with the governing laws specified in our Terms and Conditions.
